The following provisions apply to all our sales, even if we do not perform installation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-706247d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"706247d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1. Mandatory legal warranties<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a14e494 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a14e494\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Under sections 37 to 53 of the Consumer Protection Act, the following warranties apply automatically and free of charge:<\/p><ul><li>Normal Use Warranty: The part must serve the purpose for which it was intended.<\/li><li>Reasonable Lifespan Warranty: The part must function for a reasonable period, considering its price, type, and usage conditions.<\/li><li>Hidden Defects Warranty: The part must not have a significant defect existing before the sale, undisclosed and undetectable by a prudent buyer.<\/li><li>Compliance Warranty: The part must match the description and representations made in our communications (contract, advertising, etc.).<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-17434fe elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"17434fe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. OKKO commercial warranty<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a4a7321 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a4a7321\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In addition to legal warranties, OKKO offers a commercial warranty:<\/p><p>Duration: 1 year from the installation date or 18 months from the purchase date, whichever comes first.<\/p><p>This warranty covers manufacturing defects and applies only if the part is used according to the manufacturer\u2019s recommendations.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-07de21b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"07de21b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Availability of parts and information (Law 29)<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eb25cb5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"eb25cb5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>OKKO undertakes to:<\/p><ul><li>Make replacement parts and repair services available for a reasonable time after sale.<\/li><li>Provide necessary information for maintenance or repair, including technical data and required software.<\/li><li>Ensure parts can be installed with common tools without causing irreversible damage.<\/li><\/ul><p>These obligations may only be excluded if OKKO informs you in writing before the sale.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-881a220 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"881a220\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Enforcement of warranties<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c633361 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c633361\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In case of a defect covered by a legal warranty: OKKO may replace, or refund the defective part, and, where applicable, compensate for damages suffered in accordance with the law.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6e9490d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6e9490d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5. Limits and exclusions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-88e48d7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"88e48d7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Legal warranties apply even if the part is installed by you or a third party.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No clause can exclude or limit these legal warranties.
